Bonjour !
I’m Sandra. I am an American living in Paris (it is not very easy since being diagnosed with one of the world’s largest aneurysms but alas, c’est la vie, non ?).
Looking to collaborate, take a look at my CV, or just have some questions? I would love to hear from you!

I am currently completing my Master’s in Management at EM Normandie Paris through alternance. My background is in marketing, communications, and project management, with experience in housing and tourism.
In 2023, I graduated summa cum laude from Utah State University with my two degrees – Bachelor of Science in Economics and Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
During my studies in the United States, I worked full-time as a property manager of multi-family residential housing. I also worked as a recruiter for the business school and as a resident assistant for university housing.
A year after moving to Paris, I was hired by a lovely private tour company called Toorers, where I was able to establish my confidence working in a diverse and international setting. I learned everything there is to know about tourism in Paris and completed a wide variety of projects – including learning how to create a website!
Personally
I grew up as a theatre kid in California and moved to France the day I graduated college. Literally – I skipped the ceremony to be on a plane.
I wanted to challenge myself. I had heard from countless women before me how important it was to take the opportunity to travel when I was young.
And so, great listener that I am, I decided to heed this warning.
My dog and I spent a year working as an au pair in France before I realized I missed learning, so I enrolled in my master’s program, and found an alternance.
Things were going swimmingly!
Then I collapsed one night and discovered I have an 8-inch aneurysm in my chest.
It had been growing for over a decade, and is the result of an extremely rare genetic disorder I was born with: PROS – PIK3CA Related Overgrowth Spectrum.
If that wasn’t enough, while they were reviewing my images, they found that I have also been growing a 6-inch borderline ovarian tumor.
Figures.
Anywho!
I need something to work on while I recover from surgery, so feel free to explore my website. It is part blog, part portfolio, part a collection of all the resources I find helpful as I navigate life in Paris, and part just for fun!
